荣誉国民，简称荣民，是指符合特定服役条件的中华民国国军退除役官兵。在现今台湾社会中，“荣民”多指曾参与抗日战争或国共内战后随中华民国政府迁台的外省籍退伍军人。

Honorary veterans, refer to the veterans of the Republic of China that retired in accordance with specific conditions of service. In today's Taiwanese society, they are regarded as foreign veterans who have participated in the anti-Japanese war or the Republic of China civil war after the Republic of China.
